the early checkout, at 4am, it was very smooth. our runway view room was clean. it felt very spacious, a real treat before we flew. i quickly received a reply after i emailed about an item left behind and they found it. i got it back when i returned.

the bathroom was filthy and old. the shower had built up lime scale across all surfaces. there was no shampoo left in the dispenser.

The hotel's location is a very short walk to the terminal building. My room was quiet I heard no noise from the airport. I was able to leave my car at the hotel while I was away. The breakfast had many gluten-free choices these were clearly labeled.
The bathroom needed a deep clean especially the basin it had cracks.

The lobby reception worked excellently. The entrance seems grand. i received a complimentary upgrade to a super king size bed. it provided a lovely start to my trip.
The corridor looked dark and dirty. i noticed broken furniture and worn carpets in the corridor. it looked like no one had been in that part of the hotel for months, perhaps. i also noticed lumps of wood missing from the furnishings. The carpet looked worn.

i enjoyed the calmness of the hotel last weekend. i explored the bar area. the reception staff were efficient and helpful. i especially appreciated the upgrade to a business class room, it was a nice surprise.
the coffee in the room was not great quality. a higher-end brand would be better.
